  1. Achievements

    • What have you accomplished so far? List all accomplishments, big or small, and acknowledge the strides you've made since the beginning of the year.

  2. Challenges & Improvements

    • What have been your primary challenges?

    • Pinpoint 3 improvement areas where you believe you can enhance your life and overcome these challenges

    • How can you begin working on these improvements today?

  3. Intentions and Goal Setting

    • An intention is a deliberate mindset or aim to accomplish a specific outcome.

    • What are your intentions for this year?

      • Some examples include: living in integrity, being more grounded, continuously educating yourself, improving your overall health, laughing more, spending more time with friends, or getting involved in your community.

    • Based on these intentions, what are your specific goals?

      • For example, if your intention was to continuously educate yourself, a specific goal might be to read 2 books a month until the end of the year.

    • Lastly, how can you incorporate these goals into your daily routine?

      • For example, if you plan to read 2 books a month, when will you read? Will it be before bed? How long will you read? Outlining specifics can help solidify your actions and bring them to life.
